PENSACOLA – The Florida Department of Environmental Protection will host a meeting to receive public comments regarding the department’s draft permit for the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) Pensacola Beach Domestic Wastewater Treatment Plant.
During this meeting, the department and ECUA staff will be available to answer questions and provide information about the project as well as receive oral and written comments and data from the public.
The permit application file and supporting data are available for public inspectionhere or during regular business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the department’s Northwest District Office.
The department will accept public comment for the draft permit until the close of the public meeting. Any person may submit oral or written statements and data on the proposed action of the department at the public meeting or directly to William Armstrong by email to William.Armstrong@dep.state.fl.us or by mail to the district office.
